Terms & Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the AC repair company to the customer. By using our services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.


We offer AC repair services to commercial customers. Our services include but are not limited to diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

Fees and Payment

The customer agrees to pay the fees as per the quotation provided by the company. Payment is due upon completion of the services rendered. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments.


We provide a warranty of 30 days on the services provided by our technicians. This warranty covers any defects or issues with the repairs carried out by us. If there are any issues within the warranty period, we will carry out repairs at no additional cost to the customer.


We take all necessary precautions to avoid damage to the customer’s property during the repair process. However, we are not liable for any damages caused due to factors beyond our control such as faulty electrical wiring or pre-existing damage to the AC system.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The customer may cancel or reschedule an appointment by giving us at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price.


We respect the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any information without their consent. All information provided by the customer will be kept confidential.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the services are provided.


We reserve the right to terminate services to a customer if they fail to adhere to these terms and conditions.
