Satisfaction Guarantee

At the AC repair company, we strive to provide high-quality services to our customers. If a customer is not satisfied with our services, we offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds

If a customer is not satisfied with our services, they may request a refund within 30 days of the service date. We will investigate the issue and determine if a refund is appropriate. If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

No Refunds for Diagnostic Services

We do not offer refunds for diagnostic services. Diagnostic services are necessary to identify the issue with the AC system and provide a repair quote. If the customer declines the repair services after the diagnostic, they will be charged for the diagnostic services rendered.

No Refunds for Parts

We do not offer refunds for parts purchased by the customer. Once the customer approves the purchase of parts, they become the property of the customer.

Cancellation

If a customer cancels a service request before the technician arrives, no charges will be applied. If a customer cancels a service request after the technician arrives, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price.
